How To Use
Hydration of feet – Make sure feet are clean before applying the Defiant Beauty Mild Mint Foot Balm. Finish by applying Defiant Beauty Nail Oil.
Hydration of hands- Make sure hands are clean before applying the Defiant Beauty Healing Hand Balm. Finish by applying Defiant Beauty Nail Oil.
Lip Balm – Apply the Defiant Beauty Lip Balm first thing in the morning, last thing at night and several times throughout the day as needed.

Apply a small amount to the affected area. For an intensive moisturising experience, apply a thick layer to the feet and cover in cotton socks.

Apply this oil to moisturise the nails and cuticles three times a day during chemotherapy.
